By accessing or using the GLP Help application and website at getglphelp.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

GLP Help is operated by GLP Help ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GLP Help.

GLP Help is a wellness tracking and health companion platform designed for individuals using GLP-1 receptor agonist medications. The Service allows users to log doses, track side effects and weight, take short lessons, and connect with their care team.

GLP Help is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice. The Service is intended for informational and wellness tracking purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

GLP Help is free during beta. Pricing after beta has not been set. Any future applicable price will be shown for your confirmation before a charge.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Share your account credentials with others

GLP Help does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including AI-generated insights, nutritional analysis, and wellness recommendations, is for informational purposes only.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your medication, diet, or treatment plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you received through GLP Help.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

The Service offers an optional AI coach when you choose to opt in. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies or errors
• Is not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical guidance
• Should be verified by qualified professionals for clinical decisions
• Is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness

Healthcare providers who use the Service to monitor patient data agree to:

• Only access patient data for legitimate clinical purposes
• Maintain appropriate professional licenses and certifications
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA where applicable
• Not rely solely on GLP Help data for clinical decision-making

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by GLP Help and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP Help and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service
• Any health outcomes related to information obtained through the Service
• Actions or omissions of healthcare providers connected through the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLP Help and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, disclaimers, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
